I have 2 Lumia 521's on 2 different accounts and seems to be an issue where the IMEI number on the T-Mobile website is different from the IMEI on both devices. The reps at the store have called customer service to attempt to have it update but it's not working. Has anyone seen this issue because it's preventing me from getting the unlock code for one of the phone and I haven't attempted the other one yet.
