In gdr3 for lumia 820 3 coloums or same two coloums can some one confirmed?

Technically, No. It depends on screen size, the 1320 has only 720p but its a 6" display, so it has 3 rows of tiles.

it's for devices with bigger sized screens (like 1520 and 1320), and a minimum of 720p resolution. trust me if you get three columns on the 480p 4.3 inch screen of the 820, it's gonna be a mess. a big one. even on a bigger screen of the 625, the lower resolution is gonna make details really bad.
it's actually on the OEM to implement the same in its device. but i'm 100% it definitely won't come to the 820 any given day. 92x or 1020 guys can still have hopes. even samsung Ativ S guys.
but no way for the 820.

it's already official by Joe Belfiore, everything above 5" gets 3 columns. Technically, it's possible on every device, but only with registry access (currently only Ativ S)
