Incoming calls don't link to contacts.

This just started over the weekend. For some reason, incoming calls have their number displayed but I no longer get the contact info displayed from my contacts. I didn't change any settings, it just stopped working. If anyone could provide a solution to this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

I just got a Icon a few weeks ago, and it does the same thing if there is no area code in the contact's phone number.

Thanks for the reply Steve, but that's not my issue. All my contacts have area codes.

I also noticed that I wasn't getting text message notifications either. Although when I checked the text app I had several messages. Just no notifications...

So, I did a hard reset. Hopefully the hard reset has fixed the problem.

Hard Reset or Soft Reset? Did you try a Soft Reset?

Did the soft reset about 10 times and it didn't fix the issue, so I did a hard reset and now its back to normal

This happens to me from time to time. I restart the phone, and the problem goes away. Not sure why. Really annoying.
