Instagram lost time? (followers/following went back a few days)

Sometime after they updated the app today the service seems to have lost time.

My following and followers went back to how it was a few days ago. Has anyone else seen this happen today?

This was the new official app. It seems to have fixed itself after a few days. Was truly bizarre though.
