Install apps from phone memory?

Ok so I know WP8 phones that has a SD can install apps from the card, but how about the Lumia 920? (or the other phones the doesn't SD card)
I'm trying to install Pulse by downloading the .xap file from the market place.. Is there any other way to install Pulse?
If not, any apps that are similar to pulse?

Nope, not that one. Check the hyperlink I posted. It's the Pulse that gives you news from a bunch of sources.
