Proxy on/off
Date and time on manual
Wifi/mobile network
Location changed to US

Nothing is working still 8000ffff error and can't update the app :/

Proxy off

Not sure if it will work, I've had same problem and I know it is annoying. There's nothing more you can do. I had no problem downloading Nokia Pro Cam and other apps in the past. Just proxy on, nokia collection, download - error 8a4****, proxy off, retry and voila...

and now all the time 8000ffff error, no matter if I do everything correct. Just a lucky strike, after plenty of tries I've finally downloaded it.

I got the same 8000ffff error but got over it by uninstalling Nokia Camera then reinstalling it using the proxy trick (117.135.139.179, port 8888) to initiate the download, then disabling the proxy to start the download.

I was going to do that but I'm afraid that I won't be able to install it again becauae the install/update button isn't always appering.

So now the store is saying that there is an update for Nokia Camera but when I try to update it's showing erro code 80320011

Use this proxy "103.13.29.118:8888". As soon as the downloading starts, disable the proxy as its too slow.

Uninstalled the app and then after a few restarts the inatall button appeared so everything is perfect. Now I can sleep

I can confirm this trick also works for Refocus. Maybe it's worth adding to the title?

Got the Nokia Camera using the 117.135.139.179:8888 proxy but the Nokia Refocus app would forever show this app is not available for your device. Switched over to the 103.13.29.118:888 worked perfectly for Nokia Refocus.

PS: I'm from India and didn't need to change my region

I installed refocus on my L620, but doesn't seem to work well on my phone can't change the focus on the pic when I started to change it.

Uninstalled! But the Nokia Camera works great.
