Installed 8.0.10521.155 and my apps crash to start screen

I installed the Preview for Developers on my Lumia 1020 and installed 8.0.10521.155 on my phone. After I rebooted, I noticed that the apps I installed from the Store crash back to the Start Screen or from the app list. The built in apps (Settings, Photos, Calendar, etc all run fine). If I remove and reinstall the app, they run fine.

Short of reinstalling all of my Store apps, is there something else I should try? I have already power cycled my phone. Thanks.

I think re-installing is the best way to go.. Do you have a lot of apps?

Had a few apps crash like this with the preview.

I believe the apps dynamic links can't find the OS.
Memory shares get trashed so they need an overwrite.

So far, I have not encountered any problem with this 2 MB update. No crash with any app. I am using a Lumia 520 running OS version 8.0.10521.155.

This is a minor update before 8.1 developer preview. How can you expect wp8.1 features with a minor wp8 update? New features are in 8.1 developer preview and not in 8.0 developer preview.

I just dont want to wait 6 months till it's released here in Colombia... people who work here for nokia is letting it die slowly.. everyone hates nokia... people seemed to forget here who made QUALITY phones back in the day... windows phone 8.1 come to ussss (we not u.s....) haha!

I'm guessing you have already registered your phone for the dev preview? and changed your region to US?

Started to reinstall apps that were pinned, hoping that someone has a solution before I have to reinstall all my apps.

The reason why this is happening is because the app list loading isn't working when it should be working after every update. Bing it for help. Can't remember the link.

This update doesn't complete the final part - the "Almost done" screen.

In a nutshell - Install a new keyboard language and this will force the OS to update all of the apps.
I'm doing this right now, but the feedback in the above link is positive.

I installed the Chinese keyboard and after it migrated my data, all of the apps that I didn't reinstall started working again. I then removed the Chinese keyboard and all is well. Thanks for the link, it saved me a lot of time.

I also have no problems running same version on Lumia 920 in the UK.
