I send an Email with following link to IDM Support and I ask thay " Has any intention IDM team for building IDM for wp8.1?"
Thay answer:

If we get more requests, we will think about your suggestion and may port IDM to windows phone 8.1 in the future.

Now plz vote:

I doubt it will happen in WP.

First of all, WP doesn't allow 3rd party apps to integrate with each other.

IDM may come on Android but in WP it's nearly impossible.

Anyway 3 votes. I like the Idea.
