Anyone have this issue when you try signing in and do stuff ie causes the touch to stop functioning? It did it on gdr2 and is going it on gdr3.

Have you tried a soft reset hold the power key and the volume down key till it vibrates, if that doesn't work get a replacement if you can or take it to Nokia Care.

Yeah ya have to soft reset to get the screen to work again. My wife doesn't seem to have the issue. I just wonder if it is just ie. Seems I need to game it and see what happens. May just be an issue of the sites not relaying info properly.

Seems this is only limited to ie. So replacing would not be necessary at this point. I just wonder if intermittent WiFi signals cause it. It seems to be limited to me being at work as well.

I've had something like this happen. What I do when it happens is hit the power button to shut off the phone, turn it back on, swipe to get in and it works again.... A little work-a-round but, a pain in the a$$...

Would love to figure this one out.

I am thinking the internet is losing data connection at work. Pain to figure out, but it does not do it at home. DSL at work goes in and out on occasion. If I remember correctly this was an issue on wp8 launch. Instead of it halting and giving a connection time out it freezes causing what appears to be a touch panel issue. It did it today again and I waited a few reset the DSL and it unfroze. Someone miss a line of code? This should be an easy fix for MS.
