Internet Explorer crash to start screen when trying to save photos

I have done fresh install few times already but still have the same issue

Current build: 10.0.12562.84

Handset: Lumia 1520

Because your on Windows Phone 10 its buggy as the OS isn't complete yet as your only getting a preview, when you hard reset your only resetting to Windows phone 10. I would suggest using the Windows Phone recovery tool and downgrade back to Windows phone 8.1. I had windows phone 10 and it drove me insane with the crashes, bugs and what not. Its part of the fun of having an unfinished OS or preview.
