Internet Sharing "Connection not shared"

This is the first time I have tried to use internet sharing, and of course I needed it and it didn't work. When I try to turn on internet sharing I get a message saying "Connection not shared, There's no cellular data connection to share right now. Check your cellular settings and signal and try again" The problem is that I have a Cellular Data connection active on my phone and the signal is strong showing as 4G.

Has anyone any help for me, please

you need a different data sharing plan for order it to work, call att (you are gonna have to pay more)
