Did anyone ever find a solution to this problem? When you try to launch an app it opens the loading screen, then crashes and brings you back to the start screen. You then have to wait a couple of seconds before being able to click on the app tile again to try launching it again. It does this for a bunch of apps, sometimes they'll launch properly, sometimes I have to try a couple of times because it launches successfully.
My 1020 has been doing this for a while now. I tried resetting the phone and starting from scratch. It worked fine for a while, but once I started installing more and more apps it started doing it again, so now I need to make sure I have as little apps installed at the same time or it becomes really difficult to use my phone since a lot of apps often crash at startup.
My friend's 830 is doing this also, so it's not only a problem with older phones.
