Is anyone else having issues with the Windows Store Downloads forever "Pending?"

I've been trying to download a few apps the last 2 days and they get stuck in a "Pending" Status every single time. I have tried restarting the phone, resetting the phone (volume down and power button), and i'm about to hard reset the phone. I have a 928 running 8.1 Denim.

In addition to pending. They also stall out when downloading.

Example: Cyber Dust has been downloading and stuck around 10% completed for hours.

Don't do hard reset
It's store server problem I think
Some app have problems like currently I am facing same problem for candy crush saga but not for others in my Lumia 520

Same. Moments app took forever to get past pending. Other apps download immediately. Definitely a server issue.

yes, Candy Crush was another app. It was trying to update and it's stuck. Glad i'm not alone here.

I had to restart my phone a couple of times before it worked again.
