I am asking because in demonstration video by joe belifore about continumm he uses it wirelessly and in Microsoft site demoing windows 10 mobile a wired cable is attached

Also Daniel rubino said there is a continnum cable in comments somwhere

If your talking about W10m version, Yes, as I understand it's based off blue-tooth devices(not 100% on the display tho) but, when your running that kind of power off a phone, running dual displays, a few blue-tooth devices, running PC based apps, I would bet you would want your phone plugged in for that one...Or your battery will be dead in under an hour.

I believe it can be run with wires (with the device to connect to the screen and charge your phone) but it can also be run wirelessly via Miracast. But as said above, Miracast (driving two screens) and Bluetooth (mouse and keyboard (although these are optional) will use a lot of battery
