Is it possible to connect lumia 625 to tv using HDMI cable

i wanted to connect my lumia 625 to tv. Since our tv does not suppports DLNA the only option i have is through HDMI. But i am not sure whether it is really possible. Please conform before i invest on USB to hdmi cable.

Why not use USB cable straight? If the tv can pick your phone as USB, then it should at least work.

I'm pretty confident that the USB to HDMI converter won't work with your phone.

No! Lumia 625 doesn't support tv output functionality...although smart tvs have a certain feature if your smart tv and your smartphone is on the same network....nevermind it wont work that way..!
