Hi, dear friends,

i used to listen lots of music videos. but the problem i faced is that Wp8 (lumia 620 for me) and even Windows 8.1 preview (xbox player) does not give me the option to go to the next video. I have to go back to the library and play always individually....

Does anyone know how to play number of videos continuously without the need to manually click each videos...No 'Next button' is also a bane for me.

Any possibility of Subtitles as well?

but anyway, MS has the funny habit of excluding some important functionalities have to live with that LOL
Most probably from a laypersons view "SECURITY" will be compromized... and that consumers dont know how and what to use....:crying:

That's interesting. How much will you be willing to pay for an video player app that adds you subtitles and let you define playlists? And would other people be interested as well?

WMP can play videos continuously from its earliest days coz it has playlists and obviously 'NEXT' button for that.... But why would MS not include such in their video player in WP8 and W8/W8.1 (in its xbox vid. player) is a strange thing. And the ****ed up part is that if one right clicked on the Player in W8.1 CP, the option will show you the NEXT button and all it does is jump foward....

Subtitles are becoming common these days and most of the new players in windows desktop version are compatible, even in theatres subtitles are introduced, can anyone tell me the problem with adding such functionality for microsoft (if its copyright problem -theatres would not have employed it) ....

have no idea about Android and iOS though

There is no problem. The way corporations like MS work they build the ecosystem and let room for others to create software for their platform. It they would make the perfect video player there would be no market for such apps. MS never wanted to kill the market they need developers. So this is the case with the video player. If you look at many of their developer build they talk about this about how to make video players. So it's intentional
