Is it possible to sketch during a video call?

Hi, is anyone aware of an app that would let me host a video call with someone and depict what I'm saying with the pen (preferably without stopping the conversation every 2 minutes to go into another program, manually save as an image and then attach and send it)

I think skype has a share desktop or screen feature
