Is it still possible to upgrade to Windows 10?

[Windows Central Question]

I know it is with MS's accessibility site however the update stops for me around 80% with error 0x80004005.
I remember that there was another way with typing your valid Win7/Win8.1 product key when clean installing Windows 10 from USB/CD on the old computer.

My question would be that this second option is still avaiable?

Give the "Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant" a try. Go to MS site, search for the app and download. It might allow you to get the update done without problems.
