Is microsoft adding split screen multitasking feature like windows 8.1 on windows 10 mobile?

split screen multitasking on windows phone on above 5" screen would be great.

as of now, most likely not for launch.

although it could be on the table in the future, there's some sizable technical issues I believe in the way.
