Is "Modern Life Services" starting to emerge?

Okay... we know MS introduced a "Modern Life Services" Vice Presidency in the last reorg. At the time it honestly seemed to be corporate boilerplate jargon without much meaning. Since then we have seen the emergence of Surface Headphones and also we've seen Panos Panay start touting a complete "Surface Experience".

We are also seeing hints of "many" new form factors once Polaris/One Core is done.

Are we starting to see a pivot back towards consumers by MS?

One can only hope.

Right now, it seems like Microsoft's Life style is work a lot, wherever you are, and play some videogames in your free time. No wonder people believe Apple, Amazon, and Google's proposal to be more interesting.
