Is multiple audio outputs problem solved on windows 10

there was a delay when i wanted to hear everything simultaneously from my 2.1 speakers and tv speakers(2). I know there are many ways to do that with third party programs but i was wondering if it fixed in windows 10 cause from windows 7 to windows 8.1 problem goes on.

I am not sure what the problem is to begin with. Can you possibly chalk out a scenario?

hello! yes ive got my speakers 2.1 connected with mini jack on a sound card asus dgx xonar...and my monitor tv(2 intergrated mini speakers) connected with hdmi on my graphics card. The thing i wanted to do was to hear everything from 4 speakers simultaneously. So there is a way on windows to do that..But the problem is that multiple audio output create a delay between 2.1 speakers and tv speakers...The question was if that delay is fixed in windows 10.Generally there no discussion about that problem on forums, i couldnt wait so i installed windows 10 to see if the problem solved. The delay stands still :P if still didnt understand, sorry for my bad english and check that video "Audio latency issues in Windows 7, 8 and 8.1" on youtube..i have quite same problem as him.
with respect,
nick
