Is my 920 defected?

Yesterday I tried app named network speed test. It works on 4g i get around 30 mbps but on 2g or 3g networks settings nothing happend. Wifi only is normal too i get 10 mbps.

My phone was on service due to that problem but they say everything is okey, because they did signal test.

Any user with that particular problem here?

Ehm maybe i've been reading too many posts, but what is the problem exactly? the app isn't working?

App is working. But only when im on 4g network.

Are you able to browse the internet when on 3G or 2G? If you are able, then you have nothing to worry about.

+1, if internet access is available in 2G & 3G for other apps, the problem I think is within the app you're asking about.
