Is MyFreeApp still on the Canadian App Store?

I went on the App Store to look for myFreeApp, but on canadian App Store it says "app is no longer published". Is it still possible to downoad this app? If not, is there a way to download from the U.S. App Store?

Yeah, change your phone region to USA from your phone settings and then restart your phone. After doing this, you'll find MyAppFree available in the store
