Is replying to a text in the notification bar a new feature or has it been there??

using WP10M...I received a text and usually I tap on it and it opens the messaging app but this time I gave a little swipe down (not on purpose) and a reply box was there. I know messaging was updated recently...Is this a new feature or has that always been there??

I have searched WC & the forums but couldn't find any mention of this feature.

It's new with W10, I don't know if it's been there since the first preview build but it's been in several builds for quite a while.

It's been there since the beginning, it was actually one if the features that got announced when W10M got revealed to the world.

This is indeed a new feature in Windows 10 mobile, you gotta love these small things... :wink: I wish it works the same for whatsapp and viber etc...
