is sharing video via bluetooth available in wp8.1 ?

You can share videos via Bluetooth in windows phone 8 so yes you will be to do the same on windows phone 8.1.

sorry, but i have a lumia 625..and i cant share (via bluetooth) those videos which are downloaded from net or copied from desktop to sdcard.

I can easily share videos from camera roll (gallery ) but yes there is some,limitations one can not share videos from music +videos hub.

You can share downloaded videos from net when using UC browser, you can't share Youtube videos though! remaining all videos are shareable.. If you want to share videos that are copied from PC to sd card, first put them inside "Pictures" folder not "Videos" folder, then these videos will appear in "Photos" app, from which you can share via bluetooth

i tried to share downloaded videos via bluetooth using UC ...but it shows an error.

most of the video formats are not supported by WP`s by default video player..therefore putting video files in picture folder, i dnt think it is going to help me as i desired.

You can share videos from the video hub via Bluetooth using Pocket File Manager..
