Is the Cyan update ever coming to the 8.1 dp???

I got cyan installed directly by using the Nokia Recovery tool in my Lumia 625 today. It was quiet surprising for me. I was expecting it to be the Black edition & then to go through 3-4 updates until Cyan is installed. But now in 1 shot it is Lumia Cyan .I had posted a separate thread on this and waiting for moderators to approve.

Lumia Cyan was in NSRT for past 1 month.. Where were u these days?

Is it asking too much, when our cyan update is coming as already cyan update is released but not for preview for developers. I am having preview for developer of 8.1 update. recently checked for update but it says your phone is up to date.Let us know when are you going to release update for preview for developers. Wpcentral get us information please. I am having lumia 520.

I wonder why WPCentral can't get the leaks/news for this issue? I mean, they get most of the useless news(yeah, most of those are useless for me, at least) and leaks many times a day, but not getting any development on this issue. Its kinda weird, yeah!!

Just try this. Use Nokia software recovery tool 1.5. You will get the windows phone 8.1 cyan update directly instead of windows phone 8.

Joe Belfiore said last week on his twitter account that handsets running DP are not blocked from getting Cyan. This is crap because my Lumia 820 hasn't got it but my wife's has. Both are unlocked CV phones bought unlocked and sim free. There is no network to prevent the update because we are both on the same virtual network.

I don't think so... You should use Nokia Software Recovery, I used it and got Cyan (3058.50009.1424.10478)

You received the Cyan update for 928 Verizon using NSRT..??
Even OTA update is not yet available for regular devices

Used the NSRT for my Lumia 920 EE UK (Red) and got the following core build ID:

3051.50009.1424.10362

Firmware Revision:

3051.50009.1424.0027

Lumia Cyan update is available via OTA for regular device 920 EE
So you got the update via NSRT also..

But in the above case Verizon haven't released the update via OTA for 928 for regular devices..
So he wont be able to update even he uses NSRT. Once the update is available via OTA, then it will also be avail through NSRT for PFD devices.
Hope by the time MS fixes the bitlocker issue..

So have you updated to cyan..?
if with NSRT, just wait for for 3-4 days.. Your battery life will definitely improve..

The restarting in the download after 100% is mentioned in the nokia forums and here aswell, and I am also experimenting it.
I tried three times at work (Stable connection, we ca not have the luxury of losing the connection) and I am trying right now at my GF house, 8gb speed (that's a damn lot where I live) and same thing happened, the NSRT went "Oh hey, 100%? Well, screw you dude! I feel like downloading it again!"

Would it be too much if we asked WPCentral for help getting a little info from MS on why it's taking this long to get Cyan to our DP enabled phones, even when Joe Belfiore stated there is no block?

I'm sure many of the good people have people they can reach out to for official comments.
