Is the Lumia 730/735 available in Thailand yet?

My cousin is going to Thailand on vacation. I thought it'd be more convenient to buy it from there since it is likely it'll be cheaper in Thailand than in European markets. Anybody know if it's available or will be available soon? And how much is it gonna cost?
