Is there a BT Dongle for PC that will support phone mirroring with Your Phone App

I have an older PC running the latest build of Windows 10. While it has BT, it does not support the latest BT LE that MS says is required for screen mirroring to work. I have purchased a few dongles that state they support the LE profile, but none actually do. Does anyone have a confirmed and recommended dongle that will support the correct config.

From my experience; I feel like this is a driver (software) issue rather than hardware issue. Make sure to update drivers via any Driver Update Utility. It might solve the issue.
