Is there a release date for lumia 650...?

I've been meaning to get another lumia... ive been using lumia 520.. but I thought it's time for an upgrade... ive looked at models such as 730,550.. but i have come across 650 yesterday... so can anyone please tell me the specs and release day of 650 in India... Thanks in advance..

Unfortunately, there's no exact date but its announcement has been delayed to mid-February. It isn't known if it will be available on the announcement day.

Lets hope they delayed it to boost up the specs. If they release it with what we have been seeing it will TANK.
