Is there a way to force softcard onto the phone?

I'm not sure if I'd even use softcard if I can get it. I have a secure sim on the way from at&t and it would be nice to have the ability to use softcard. Is there a way to side load or have the windows store think it's an at&t phone?

Y would you need to do that, can't you download the app ?
Do you currently have an AT&T sim ?

The store must be seeing more than the SIM. I do have an AT&T SIM
