Is there a way to install apps on my 640XL not available in my region?

I want to download Video Tuner but the store says its not available for my 640XL although i installed it on my old 720 before

This isn't 100% guaranteed to work but if you change your phones region to the region where the app is available you should be able to get it. This is how I got some out of region apps before. I believe you have to change everything to the appropriate region, like KB, Region, Time zone, ect
