Is there a way to install third party apps without Zune?

Hi,

I was wondering if there was any way to install third applications without using Zune? I found an alternative to dropbox that is free if installed from the site directly. Within Zune, there is a charge to use it.

What is the alternative to dropbox you are talking about? Can you link us to it?

Doesn't the site tell you how to install it?
