Is there any Microsoft Support for Band2 in India ?

i have been using Band2 from past 3-4 months and now it's getting frequently Power Off, Alert - Battery Ran out, set time date again. I tried to call Microsoft support number here - 1800 111 100 or +91 80 40103000 but they don't have any answer and they disconnect the call. Could anyone help me on this ?

try them on other channels such as facebook, email, twitter etc. They should respond
