Is there any way to fix Artist pictures?

So I am just wondering, because I use my artist images as my background and a lot of my artists have blurry pictures because that's what Xbox music has them set as? Any way to fix this? I can not use MPATool because that is only used for music that is STORED on your phone, but I stream all my music. I do have some music stored on my phone for certain artists who are blurry, but MPATool doesn't fix them because they are already matched to the store's history.

I do not stream music online, but do have a 'lot' of tracks on my card.
I use mediamonkey app, load all my songs into its library and put an artists picture when its missing (very rare cases), also my Xbox online connection is off for the music store, else I see every song twice!

For those blurry images, find HQ images and stick them to the songs using something like mediamonkey.
