If someone has fixed permanently the loading... issue, please tell us what to do.
But I mean permanently because I managed to fix it with hard resets but afterwards the problem reccurs...
Also the wallpaper loses its scaling and doesnt cover all the screen...

Yes, I had the same problems on my Lumia Icon. Wallpaper only worked properly in "Tile" mode, not in the full background mode.
