Is there some app like headset button controller, but for windows phone?

I bought sennheiser momentum but they inline controller donth work with windows os. the app like headset button controller would fix the signal problem , i guess.

No, the controller will not work with Windows phone. The headset is made for Apple products and they use non standard controls for headsets. Windows phone uses standard controls for the headset mic and button functions.
No app will fix this.
