Is there something wrong with Windows Store?

Earlier today I entered Windows Store to dig up some app updates as usual, and it returned about 9 app updates, including several Bing-related apps, so I tap on install, but it has been near half an hour I still see the update status of individual update as "Pending", and none of them is starting to download.

I can only assure my internet connect works fine, I even check the Windows Update and it currently returns no new update. I also try to reboot my Surface RT but it still shows the same result. Is there anyone else seeing the same situation like I do? Or is there any possible workaround to fix it?

I saw the 9 updates too on my Surface 2, but they all updated just fine.
