Is this the 1308 firmware? missing features.

Ok so i did a hard reset on my phone since my tiles hadn't updated in a while. I had waited for the new update 1308 to see if that would solve the problem but it didn't. Well after one hour of waiting for my phone to come back from the hard reset I gave up and flashed my phone following the instructions of how to unbrick it. Now my question is am I running on 1308 if yes than why don't I have the new feature to check my memory usage to delete temporary files.

You need an update for "extras and info's" first, then you'll have it. You can Wait for the store to show it or open it via a link, it's somewhere in the windows phone 8 general forums I think, I'm not at my PC right now..

Don't you need to update the extras+info?
It worked for the lumia 620

I aslo still have the navigation software.. but: this is not GDR2, it's just a nokia software update. And the color changing thing is, as far as I know, not available as of now.
