Is your Redfly putting your Touch in Silent Mode?

Its happened to me several times. The volume menu still shows the levels as all the way up. Soft reset is the only way to fix this. A few people in the pdaphonehome forum are having the same problem but with their BT headset, which makes me think there might be a problem in the BT stack. So I am curious if anyone else has had this problem.
