Issue with back button

Hi. I'm using L830 for about nearly a month now. I've been facing an issue with the back button since the second week of my usage. It sometimes just goes numb and stops working for about 5-10 seconds. Then either i have to touch and long press on the screen or I've to touch the home button 3-4 times for the back button to work again. Tried a soft as well as hard reset. The issue still persists. Any suggestions?

I had the same thing. Changed the screen sensitivity to high and it started working better.

I didn't have this issue until I turned off high sensitivity. It's back on now...

Mine is on normal, all good for few weeks.

Thanx . I'll try switiching to high sensitivity again.
