issue with deleting songs

so im trying to delete a song off my xbox music library, and every time i try i hit delete, it says loading for a min then closes the app. after that, cannot open the app again, so i reboot and same process all over again. should i soft reset it?

I don't know whats going on for sure, but a soft reset won't hurt at all.

well, never tried the soft reset, it eventually fixed it's self. this phone is definitely a little glitchy, like sometimes when i plug charger into it, the screen gets all distorted. but a quick repress of the lock screen button fixes it. so far no issues that are of major complaint though
