Issue with settings

I seem to be missing the option to access the "other storage" setting on my phone and then I have this which does nothing.
Several apps also seemed to be corrupt I had to uninstall them to get them working

That does not look good..did you recently purchase the phone or have had it long enough to get the new firmware with wifi calling.

I would hard reset the phone, if you continue to have problem's, perhaps think about reflashing the rom with Nokia Care Suite.

This is a replacement from Nokia for one I purchased from HSN
I will try the hard reset soon enough
