Issues after uninstalling live lock screen

Hello!
I've had WP 8.1 DP (On an HTC 8x) for quite a while, and never had many issues, except for when I used live lock screen, it bothered me that it had to "resume" like any other app, so I uninstalled it, but even after the app was gone, my regular lock screen has to "resume" aswell, this can take upwards of 5 seconds, which is really bothersome if I just want, for example, to check what time it is.

Is resetting the phone the only option?

The trick can be resolved by creating the kids corner then disabling it. Not sure why but a lot of people found that to be a solution

Thanks, it worked perfectly. Apparently, WP was still trying to use "... a live lock screen app" and it gave me an option to turn it off.
