Issues with my lumia :(

Hi!

The volume down button sometimes doesn't work, I must press many times or push the button... and when finally works starts to working normally.

So I did a reset throught the config menu (reset factory), but It has 30 - 45 minutes on the gears screen ..

Do you have a Nokia Care Center nearby? Perhaps you could exchange your device or get it repaired under warranty.
