For me, I used Nokia Recovery Tool and they just wrote Lumia Cyan on my phone (with a reset). But no need to downgrade. After getting Cyan I got 8.1 update successfully.

Looks like the fix is finally coming. Seen a tweet by Joe who mentioned that they will be sending out new updates this week and these updates will sort out the storage issues, HTC issues.

Hello everyone, I have received the update last night and the error 308 is fixed now. The phone also got updated to Cyan. Had 4 updates on the whole. Have you got the update too? Are you still facing any issues?

After updating I am facing issues with Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook Messenger. Notifications will come but when I open the app, it blank. Anyone facing the same?
