it's about operation ended with failure

My Lumia 520 had a software problem.l use Windows device recovery tool to restore it.
It download 1.5GB data & start installation progress but it shows OPERATION ENDED WITH FAILURE (This device not correctly signed in)
Plz help me!!

tried a hard reset 1st on the phone? just in case

Same issue for me. Been trying all different approaches including the Nokia suite with no luck; finally connected phone using the original USB cable to a *USB hub* and then to the computer, and it finally worked! Guess it might be a problem of USB driver or USB3 issue.

Solution: try using a USB hub.

It's enough for USB 2.0 or 3.0

I tried to connect with usb hub again shows the same error.what should i do?

I guess hard reset before recovery might help.
