I've a weird charging issue with my Lumia 950.

While charging , suppose when % is >80 , once if I unplug the charger and immidiately plug it again , suddenly battery 🔋 displays 100% . How is it possible to jump from 80 to 100 . I had this issue since 10586 (Now I'm on anniversary update )Issue remained same even after several updates .What's wrong ?

the battery might be failing - can you ask for replacement from the store?
