Jumped ship & converted someone too!

Hello, Well I convinced my partner to jump ship to Windows Phone from his Android yesterday, he picked up a Nokia Lumia 521. His first words "I should have done this a while back" The overall smoothness and ease plus the 29$ price tag. He has been a Android user almost as long as I have... since Android 2.1 coming from the LG Ally in 2010 (me since the Samsung Moment in 2009) While I still love Android and own a 2012 Nexus 7, I am very intrigued by WP and what it can do. I find budget Android phones don?t provide as slick an experience as budget Windows Phone handsets. I've always owned a Windows pc & always will. Soon I'll purchase a Xbox One and the integration between those will be a great benefit. I can not wait to see what's in store for WP 8.1 and with GDR3+Lumia Black update coming very soon it will just get that much better. ;-) thanks.

For a budget handset the WP wins by a mile and a half over a comparable Android handset. Now the Moto G does pose some issues but for the most part it is still way more than a 521 or a 520 in the USA.
