Well how are you liking it so far, what is the best and worst of the 735?

Well i so like the Phone. Works Petty good. Missing some App but apart from that. Camera, quality and design are top, no camera Button and loud speaker, especially when phoning is worst.

What is really going on my nerves is the waiting screen with the stores flying in when you open an already launched app. A lot of waiting time there. Was the same with the 925

You, mean the the transition effect?

If so that is normal (it is really less than 1 second) on the devices I have checked and used (used a fair few from the 520 to the 1520). I bought my dad a 620 and he loves it, all the tiles he needs are pinned (all medium) so it is easier for him to tap.

Edit: I was able to replicate, the black screen - loading screen by turning off Wi Fi and mobile data connection. When either is on there is no loading screen (except on 2g). You may want to check your Wi Fi / your mobile data connection.
