Keyboard issues with Surface Go

Just after Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 was installed certain control functions stopped working. In word 2016 ctrl C/X/V won't work from attached keyboard but will with keyboard on tablet. My Fn key won't light up or work either.

Anyone else with these issues after latest update?
